ATAD Steel Structure Corporation has been recognized as the recipient of the Vietnam Excellence Award – Steel at the Manufacturing Asia Awards 2025, held in Singapore on November 18.
The honor highlights the company's outstanding guidance in providing comprehensive design and construction services for steel structure projects within Vietnam and global markets.

At the event, Nguyen Le Anh Tuan, CEO of ATAD, mentioned that this honor reflects ATAD's trustworthiness and skills in the global market. It also signifies over 20 years of ongoing innovation, focus on human resource development, and dedication to sustainable progress.
We remain committed to investing in technology, promoting eco-friendly and advanced manufacturing processes, and completing top-tier projects—highlighting the leading position of Vietnamese companies in the steel construction sector throughout Asia and worldwide.
Wide influence and dedication to ESG principles
Boasting an annual production capacity of 216,000 tons of steel structures, ATAD offers a full range of services including design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation, along with maintenance. The company maintains 13 offices across the globe and has completed projects in more than 60 countries for prominent international clients like Samsung, Heineken, Hyundai, Toyota, P&G, Sanofi, VinFast, and Hoa Phat.
ATAD is one of the early adopters of a Zero Accident safety approach, applying LEED guidelines to cut down on carbon emissions, and sustaining long-term corporate social responsibility efforts in education, health care, and community assistance. To maintain high levels of quality, safety, and sustainability, ATAD utilizes a Smart Factory approach and employs digital tools like 3D BIM, Tekla Structures, and Lean Manufacturing to improve design, manage timelines, and increase accuracy throughout all phases. At the same time, ATAD adopts industrial energy-management strategies and eco-friendly operational methods, contributing to lower emissions and better resource efficiency across the entire fabrication and installation process.
ATAD manages one of the earliest steel manufacturing facilities in Vietnam to achieve LEED Gold certification, backed by a comprehensive range of global certifications – such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IAS AC472, CE Marking, AISC, ASME, CWB, and UKCA – ensuring compliance with the rigorous standards required for export to premium markets like the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
At the same time, ATAD has created a contemporary production model that combines automation and robotic welding systems with digital management platforms throughout the entire design–fabrication–installation process. The implementation of SAP ERP, SPM, and real-time monitoring systems ensures standardized procedures, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens rigorous quality assurance. ATAD's digital transformation has greatly enhanced its execution capacity, cut down manufacturing lead times, and minimized production mistakes, enabling the successful completion of large and complex projects.

ATAD's technical capabilities are highlighted through the Long Thanh International Airport project, in which the company produced and installed over 45,000 tons of steel components and carried out a 5,300-ton roof lifting task, representing a significant breakthrough in the construction of intricate steel frameworks.
The company has also been involved in significant projects like the MRT-7 Metro Line in the Philippines, the Jackson Generation Power Plant in the United States, the Kampala Flyover Project in Uganda, the Matarbari Power Plant in Bangladesh, the H2 Green Steel Plant in Sweden, the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), and the Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Complex, along with key airport developments such as Tan Son Nhat Terminal T3, Cam Ranh International Airport, Da Nang International Airport, and Wattay International Airport in Laos.
