Accra, November 13, GNA – Mr. Julius Debrah, the Chief of Staff, made a working visit to Nutrifoods Ghana Limited, urging for assistance to local producers.

He mentioned that the government is working with industry leaders to gain insight into the challenges encountered by manufacturers and the types of assistance required to grow operations and generate additional employment.
The Head of Staff mentioned that the 24-hour Fast-Track Export Initiative Bill, which is currently under consideration by Parliament, aims to provide benefits to motivate investors to invest in the manufacturing and agricultural processing industries.
Mr. Debrah praised Nutrifoods for upholding strict safety and hygiene protocols and encouraged other local producers to follow their example in ensuring product quality.
Mr. Jay Anjaria, the Managing Director and Business Head of Nutrifoods Ghana Limited, stated that the enhanced can production line strengthened the company's support for the government's "Invest in Ghana" initiative, which encourages local industrial development.
"At Nutrifoods, we implement top-tier standards for effective and sustainable manufacturing. We commit to the most rigorous quality criteria when creating locally developed brands that cater to the demands of the Ghanaian market," he stated.
