Progressive political advisor Nomiki Konst, 41, who was in a relationship with the formerNew York Cityuntil his affair with another mayor, he was seen having coffee on Thursday, wearing a blue T-shirt with white text.
The message: 'Men would do anything except visit a therapist.'
The Daily Mail was the first to reporton Tuesday, it was reported that de Blasio was cheating on Konst with Roxanna Valenzuela, the mayor of South Tucson,Arizona.
Konst, originally from Tucson but now living in New York, was recognized for enhancing the appearance of the 64-year-old de Blasio during their 10-month relationship.
Everything came to an end on election night - with Konst ending things with de Blasio due to his connection with Valenzuela.
De Blasio and Konst were recently seen enthusiastically supporting Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani.
On Thursday, when Konst entered the Château le Woof coffee shop located in the Astoria area of Queens, she had a copy of the Nation magazine featuring Mamdani's image.

Oh, I'm not interested in being part of the Real Housewives of South Tucson," Konst said. "I'm too occupied being Olivia Pope in New York.
The Pope served as the primary political problem-solver in the TV show Scandal.
Konst is collaborating with forward-thinking political clients following his role as an investigative journalist for The Young Turks and his position as a campaign representative for Bernie Sanders.
De Blasio and Valenzuela failed to maintain the confidentiality of their relationship.
A source close to Valenzuela's family told the Daily Mail, 'She's informing everyone in Tucson, which is how the story became known.'
"I don't believe she understands the extent to which her actions will harm people's lives," the source said, describing Valenzuela as 'narcissistic' without considering the effect on her family.
"She definitely believes she's struck gold" with de Blasio, the source added.
De Blasio and Valenzuela did not respond to several attempts by the Daily Mail to obtain their comments, including emails, phone calls, and messages on social media.
Valenzuela is a mother to a young child born in 2023 and also has an older daughter who finished high school at just 16 last June.
She maintains a strictly co-parenting relationship with the toddler's father, William 'Billy' Peard.
The Daily Mail was also informed by another individual within Valenzuela's circle that she "is ruining her life, her children's lives, and [Peard's] life in pursuit of fame."
On the internet, Valenzuela - and also Konst - were among just 33 individuals that the former mayor of New York City followed on Instagram.
The initial photograph of de Blasio and Valenzuela together was shared on June 1.
In a different scene, she is pressed against him during a trip to a New York City soup kitchen in September.
The New York Post was the first to reporton de Blasio and Konst's separation.
De Blasio and his wife, Chirlane McCray, parted ways in 2023 following 29 years of marriage.
They continue to be married, stating to the New York Times that they have no intention of getting a divorce and will instead pursue relationships with other individuals.
